Your Privacy, Our Commitment

Last updated: October 14, 2026

FieldCore (“FieldCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps growing delivery, installation, and field service businesses schedule work, dispatch teams, track progress, communicate with customers, capture documentation, and close every job in one connected platform. FieldCore is a product of Areance LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, request a demo or submit an inquiry, use the FieldCore platform, use the FieldCoreAI mobile app, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”). Section 7 describes the FieldCoreAI mobile app in detail.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

FieldCore is provided by Areance LLC, 12600 Deerfield Pkwy, Suite 100, Alpharetta, Georgia 30004, United States.

For information about visitors to our website and about our own customers’ contacts (for example, when you request a demo), FieldCore is the entity responsible for determining how and why your personal information is processed (sometimes called the “controller”).

Businesses that subscribe to FieldCore (our “Customers”) use the platform to manage their own jobs, teams, and customers. For the information our Customers and their users enter into the platform, including information about their employees and their own customers, we act as a service provider (sometimes called a “processor”) on the Customer’s behalf. In that case the Customer decides how the information is used, and the Customer’s own privacy policy also applies. If you are an employee or a customer of one of our Customers, please contact that business first; we will help them respond to your request.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Submit a “Book a Demo,” “Contact,” or similar form on our website
  • Contact us by phone, email, or online chat
  • Sign up for, set up, or manage a FieldCore account or subscription
  • Correspond with us about support, billing, or a service request

This information may include your name, company name, job title, phone number, e-mail address, mailing address, and any other details you choose to share with us.

2.2 Platform and Account Data

When our Customers and their users use the FieldCore platform, we store and process the information they enter or generate, which may include:

  • User account details, such as name, e-mail address, phone number, role, and login credentials
  • Scheduling, dispatch, routing, and job status information
  • Details of our Customers’ own customers, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and service history
  • Job documentation, such as notes, checklists, exceptions, photos, and signatures
  • Time and attendance records, such as clock-in, clock-out, and break times, and the location recorded at clock-in and clock-out
  • Billing and subscription information for the FieldCore service

2.3 Information Collected Automatically (Log Files)

When you visit our website or use the platform, our servers automatically record certain information for security and service-reliability purposes, including your IP address, referrer URL, internet service provider, the files or pages accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, browser or app type and operating system, and HTTP status codes. We generally retain website log data for a limited period (e.g., approximately seven days) unless longer retention is required for security investigations or legal compliance.

2.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies:

  • Technically Required Cookies — necessary for the website to function and are typically deleted when you close your browser.
  • Analytics and Marketing Cookies — used only with your consent where required by law, to help us understand site usage and measure the performance of our marketing (for example, page views and conversions).

We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads on our website to analyze website traffic and measure advertising performance, including cross-device and retargeting features. Conversion-tracking cookies used for these purposes are typically valid for up to 30 days. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. These website tools are not used in the FieldCoreAI mobile app.

2.5 Online Chat

If we offer live chat or chatbot functionality on our website, conversations may be recorded to help us respond to and improve our service. Where a chat relates to an active inquiry or service request, we may retain the content of that conversation for as long as needed to fulfill the request.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the FieldCore platform and mobile app
  • Respond to demo requests, quotes, and other inquiries
  • Let our Customers schedule, dispatch, track, document, and complete their jobs
  • Communicate with you about your account, subscription, or support request
  • Maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of our website and systems
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
  • Improve our Services, and, where permitted, for marketing and self-promotion
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

We use information that our Customers enter into the platform only to provide the Services to them and as described in our agreement with them.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:

  • Service Providers — vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, e-mail and text messaging, mapping, payment processing, and sales and marketing support, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Our Customers — if you use FieldCore as an employee or contractor of one of our Customers, that Customer and its authorized users can see the information you enter and the records you create in the platform.
  • Business Transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  • Legal and Safety Reasons — to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FieldCore, our Customers, or others.
  • With Your Consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.

Any transfer of personal information outside the United States (if applicable) is made using appropriate safeguards to ensure your information remains protected.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and comply with our legal and contractual obligations. Information our Customers enter into the platform is kept for as long as the Customer’s account is active or as set out in our agreement with them, and is deleted or returned when the agreement ends, except where we must keep it to meet a legal obligation. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

6. Data Security

We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized or unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction, including encryption of data sent between the FieldCoreAI app or your browser and our servers. Our employees, contractors, and service providers are required to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and to comply with applicable data protection laws. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. FieldCoreAI Mobile App

The FieldCoreAI app for iPhone and Android is used by the field teams of our Customers to see their work, record job details, and clock in and out. Accounts are created by the Customer (your employer); the app does not let you create an account yourself.

7.1 Information the App Collects

  • Sign-in details — your organization, e-mail or username, and password, which are sent to your organization’s FieldCore server to sign you in. If you choose “Remember Me,” your password is stored on your device in its secure storage (Keychain on iPhone, Keystore on Android) and is not sent anywhere else.
  • Location — your device’s location is collected while the app is open and is recorded with your clock-in and clock-out. The app does not collect location in the background.
  • Camera and photos — the app uses the camera to take job photos and to scan barcodes, and your photo library only when you choose to attach an existing photo. Only the photos you choose are uploaded.
  • Job information — notes, checklists, exceptions, signatures, and other job details you enter, together with the customer and job information your organization assigns to you.

7.2 Permissions

The app asks for permission before using your location, camera, or photo library. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings; some features, such as clock-in or job photos, may not work without them.

7.3 Third-Party Services in the App

  • Google Firebase (Google LLC) — the app uses Firebase Remote Config to check whether a newer version of the app is available. This sends technical information, such as an app installation identifier, the app version, and the device type, to Google. It does not include your name, e-mail address, or job information.
  • Google Maps (Google LLC) — when you open a map in the app, the map area and the addresses shown are loaded from Google, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

7.4 What the App Does Not Do

  • The app does not show advertising.
  • The app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
  • We do not sell information collected through the app.

7.5 Deleting Your Account and Data

Because your account is provided by your employer, the easiest way to close it is to ask your organization’s FieldCore administrator. You can also contact us using the details in Section 12 to request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it. We will work with your organization to complete the request, except for records that your organization or we are required by law to keep. Uninstalling the app deletes the information stored on your device, including any password saved with “Remember Me.”

Our website, platform, and communications may contain links to third-party websites (for example, mapping or scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services, including the FieldCoreAI app, are intended for businesses and their workers and are not directed to, or intended for use by, children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, or similar state laws), which may include the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and request access to it
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Request that we restrict certain processing of your information
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable, machine-readable format, where applicable
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (we do not sell personal information)
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing, at any time
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 12 below. If your information was entered into FieldCore by one of our Customers (for example, your employer), we may refer your request to that Customer. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
